  4. I don't think the salt cured one should eaten whole. I think it needs to be grated and used as a seasoning or garnish.

  5. the salt-cured one is not supposed to be eaten like that, i do rmb u gotta soak it in white wine, then bake it before u consume/use it, and then u grate it, or make a paste with it, or u stuff it in smt like a mooncake or 粽子
