  1. Remake your croissant recipe,
    BUT BETTER
I’ve followed the recipe several times but realized when you encase the butter it does not properly laminate and leave a lot of unbuttered dough, still delicious but it could be better butter dispersion.
Btw just got your cookbook , love it, add macros in the next please!

  2. Time to thinly slice some mortadella and fresh mozzarella or Muenster, load it up with a juicy amount of Maille, and enjoy… ❤🥐🥖

  3. I got Joshua's 2nd cookbook, Texture Over Taste, from Christmas and I gotta say it's amazing especially for the price. I really like the style he goes for in there. Yall gotta see for yourselves but it's an experience on its own.

  4. Hi!! I didn’t know who you were at first but my uncle gave me your cookbook so im gonna be watching you and learning stuff from it!

  5. The croissant was brought to France from Vienna by the Austrian princess Marie Antoinette, who became the only Queen of France who was beheaded by the guillotine. Not a very nice thank you!
