    In Martinique and other Caribbean islands I guess, we do it with coconut and call it “blancmangé coco” which is the same name as that Italian dish « biancomangiare »and it is a staple of our cuisine.

    This is a traditional Catalan dish that was adopted in Sicily when it was part of the Aragon crown between 1282 up until the XV century and it's called 'Menjar Blanc'

    Lemon and cinnamon weren't a great combo, to me at least. Next time, I'll switch cinnamon to vanilla instead.
