  4. Filet o fish is the only thing I eat from McDonald's and always with extra sauce, but I don't get them very often. The other day I got one and I was so disappointed. Took me a bit to figure out what was different. Too much yucky American cheese. They used a full size slice instead of the usual ½ slice. IF I get one next year during lent when they are cheaper I will order it without cheese at all. But after making your recipe I doubt I'll be buying McD's anymore.
