    4 egg yolks
    1.5C pecorino
    .5C reggiano
    12oz cooked toppoki
    5oz Guanciale
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/3C pasta water

  2. Ive never tried it but I HATE too much starchy carbs and those just seem like my bane. Like a stupidly thick slightly gelatinous noodle. No thanks.
    Id still try it because I HATE picky eaters that dont try anything. Its ok to be a picky eater so long as you TRY IT to know for certain.

    They are wrong, i don't care if its your nonnas 300 year old recepie, the garlic makes it better

  4. Seriously. Eating that at midnight and then going back to bed. Wait till you hit 40. That will come back to haunt you in the form of acid reflux.
