I meant COTTAGE CHEESE!breakfast in 30 seconds to save time, money, and make your life EASIER! These freeze for up to 2 months so you can make a double batch and have breakfast for the next 2 weeks!

here's the recipe my bois 🔽

    9 eggs
    1C cottage cheese
    1C shredded cheddar
    1/4tsp white pepper
    1Tbsp cornstarch

    GREASE THE muffin pan WELL
    (or use muffin liners)
add your favorite toppings to it!
    bake at 300 for 25-30minutes.
PS. i definitely meant to say COTTAGE CHEESE

RIP bank account? Bro how much are eggs where you live? I can get 15 for like £3 😂

I love making egg bites for breakfast. Some butter/bacon fat helps pop em' out.

I agree, they freeze very well too! I can make a week's worth on Sunday afternoon. Enough for 2 bites for 6 days. 😀

I use cubed ham, cheddar cheese, onion, chopped tomatoes, and pepper flakes.

1/2 cup Ricotta cheese. 216 calories, 14 grams of protein, 16 grams of fat, and 4 grams of carbohydrates.

You're adding fat. The protein isn't gonna save your lard tush.

Your video would be nice if you didn't say cured bacon. All bacon is cured idiot 🤦‍♀️

I do not think that a lot of Americans are cooking this recipe actually with the crazy egg prices you have in the moment.
