    i get why they use peppermint in these but as a result i can never use the products 😭 ive got a condition that makes my skin flare up, get super hot and puffy but literally every "cooling" product ever has either peppermint, mint or aloe vera. i'll stick to drowning myself in cold water lol

    Guys if you do ice baths please don't sink your face in for too long it can damage your skin cells but if you hold it quickly its helpful

    No thanks, id rather try the ice water, it is natural unlike the product that is loaded with chemicals.
