  1. Thank you, Dr. Becky! Great info to inspire me to stay away from sugar. Does monk fruit, erythritol, stevia, etc have the same effect as sugar?

  2. Dr. Gillaspy do you have any advice about incidental sugar. Like in whole milk (ultra pasteurized )or yogurt (Greek whole milk fat 7 grams of sugar) V-8 Juice (high potassium) has about 9 grams of sugar. Thanks.

  3. It's all about Self-control. Every now and then it's fine. A slice of cake on your Birthday isn't harmful. Just "eat mindful and stay healthy."
