All you need to make a curry (like fr)
Oil
Whole spice (usually cumin; but bitchhhhh feel free to use whatever you like lol)
Onion
Ginger garlic
Tomato (not the can shit , makes a huge difference)
Salt and pepper, you know we ain’t stopping at just s&p lmao
Turmeric , chill powder, paprika, Garam masala (feel free to experiment with different spices)
Cook it down until browned
Deglaze with cream 😂
Add whatever marinated meat you want. And cook that shit up!

but they are making curry like they are making pasta or something by adding that tomato sauce and cheese to make the gravy. 🤔 I know this is for americans but still. fyi we don't make it that way. This looks sooo easy to make (i guess that was the point). However, Indian food takes long and it's hard to make.
Indians don't use tomato sauce…Instead we use tomato puree
