Brussel sprouts can be made it a sambar ( you came close-used sambar powder) It goes very well with other vegetables in Veg. Biryani!

As a muslim we cook these totally differently, I cook them in alot more oil and I tend to use a whole tin of Italian tomatoes, a large onion and lots of spices and cook for at least 45 minutes to an hour, until they become very soft and mushy and they taste lovely. Watching your video, it was very dry indeed and not cooked at all.
