Minced Meat (Qeema – chicken, mutton or beef)- 500 gm
Chopped Onion – 2
Chopped Ginger – Half teaspoon
Meat tenderizer (Kachri Powder) – Half teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder (Laal Mirch Powder) – Half teaspoon
Gram Flour (Chana Powder) – Half teaspoon
Coal for barbeque taste
