I am living out of India and this recipe is a perfect treat for my taste buds. Very well explained and extremely simple. I would like to add that we should avoid adding salt before adding curd and we can take the pan off the flame for 2 minutes to make sure curd doesnt curdles. Rest every thing is fine. cheers
