One of the most common bread recipes made in Indian households. Learn how to make the perfect chapati.
CHAPATTI
Ingredients
1½ -2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Ghee for serving
Method
1. Take flour in a parat. Add 2 tablespoons oil and salt and mix well. Add some water and knead into a dough. Add remaining oil and knead into a stiff dough. Cover with a wet muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick pan.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into chapattis dusting with flour.
4. Roast the prepared chapattis equally from both sides on the hot pan. Press the chapatti with a cloth and remove from heat.
5. Spread some ghee over chapattis. Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 20-25 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes

Actually should be rolled, placed on one side until it makes the circle Then flip other side until all bubbles coming all over Then finally flip over again till it completely puffs up This chapati was not fully cooked or made properly 😕
