Chawal ka Pitha recipe tasty चावल का पीठा रेसीपी Indian food recipe Quick and easy Bihari Recipe

Ingredients:
-Rice flour
-Black gram lentils (soaked for 8hrs)
-Ghee
-Warm water
-Ginger, garlic, green chillies
-cumin seeds, black pepper seeds
-Red Chilly powder, turmeric powder
-Salt to taste
-Carrom seeds
-Cooking oil 2tsp
Recipe method:
-Grind green chillies, ginger, garlic and cumin-pepper seeds with soaked gram lentils and make a paste
-Add red Chilly powder 2tsp, turmeric powder 2tsp, carrom seeds 2tsp and salt 2tsp and mix well
-Add 2tbsp of ghee and salt 1tbsp to 500gms of rice flour and knead using warm water
-Make dough and dig it using fingers to make a cavity
-Fill the cavity with the prepared mixture and close the cavity as shown
-Dump all the prepared pithas to boiling water and let them cook until they float
-Once cooked, wash all the Pithas using cold water
Serve with green or red chutneys and enjoy😋😋
