Chicken Vindaloo Recipe -Mangalorian food| Indian Food Recipe
In this episode i am going to make a very tasty recipe Chicken Vindaloo. Very simple and easy to make this recipe.Specially i like this recipe for the awesome smell.
Ingredients :
Chicken
Dry Red chilly
Mustered Seeds
Ginger
Garlic
Cumin Seeds
Coriander seeds
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Clove
Vinegar
Coconut Milk
Turmeric
Salt
Chopped Onion
Method:
Mix all the Spices together in a bowl except Turmeric, Salt and onion. Soaked the spices for about half an hour. After half an hour grind the spices and make a smooth paste. Now Marinate the Chicken with the masala paste for 3-4 hours. In the hot oil add onion , turmeric and stir it. Next add Salt and again give a stir. Now add Marinated chicken and give it a good stir. Put the lid on for 5 minute in medium heat. After 5 minute give it a stir otherwise bottom part will burn. Again put the lid for about 3 minute.After 3 minute add left over juice with 1 cup water and let it cook for 7 minute. After that add sugar per your taste. Put the lid for 2 minute and your chicken vindaloo is done.
