Is this Cocktail Worth $40 #shorts

Usually, drinks are served on the rocks but you can make it in the rocks.
This presentation is from the famous bar Aviary (New York/Chicago) and drinks there are really expensive( a $40)
To make it you need a set of ice molds
Fill the ice mold with water, put it in the freezer for 2 hours then turn it upside down so it will freeze evenly
Then Using a stainless steel stuffing injector, or drill, make a hole and get rid of the water from now you can pour inside about 2 oz | 60 ml of your favorite cocktail.
When ready to serve/drink, gently break it with something heavy!

  1. At least someone besides Nick from Cocktail Chemistry knows about this cool idea! Thanks for sharing it Vlad!

  2. Or save yourself all that time and just pour your drink into a glass with ice and enjoy

  3. Why in the world would you ever pay $40 for a single drink? What idiot drinks a (small ice filled) cup for $40 fucking dollars??

  4. We were saying how the fucking ice took half the quantity of my glass now this. I want iceless whiskey. If it must be cold when serving then store the fucking bottle in a refrigerator

  5. One big question how cold is your freezer? Because maybe somebody's freezer is even more cold or less, which can be a problem to freze the balls perfectly :0
