I’m a student and my dream gift for meal prep is that spice cabinet
in our language we call it barta ????????
Still wondering when you´re gonna post the orange sauce
Like a raita with slightly diff spices ????
what yogurt do you use?
RAITAAAA!!!????
Darling- this is original from Greece ???????? and is called „Tatziki“!!! Everyone in hole Europe knows and love this sauce, especially to grilled meat or fried things in a paneer of a curled egg yolk, flour and bread crumbs ( slice trough one after the other), like fish chopsticks, mushrooms (champignons), also meat/ meat sticks, melanzane/Auberginen, vegetables Patties and so on… The sauce it’s just always Joghurt ( the best is the original Greece one with is extra creamy because of 10% fat instead of 3,6 % like usually), cucumber, garlic, herbs ( parsley, dill) and spices (mostly only salt & pepper, mabey caraway or sweet paprika, nutmeg) But the garlic is essential…????
So basically just tsatsiki
Show your kitchen!! ❤
Your family is very lucky ????
reminds me of the afghan yoghurt dip ????
That’s called “masto khiar” and We have it in our fridge at all times and I eat it by itself. Could also be a great chaser for shots
