  1. I like your way to make shorts, your voice, your smile. But this indifferent artificial voice is just awful! It also shows a desrespect, I think. So I won't watch your shorts any more.

  2. As an Italian it think it’s very close to the real recipe we actually make in Italy good job😊

  3. The chickpea pancake is called more regularly called farinata or farinata di cecci. It needs salt and ground rosemary before the hot pan. I eat it with ground pepper, arugula, goat cheese and green onion for breakfast.

  4. Not vegan but I like all your videos for two reasons. First, I may not be vegan but i like to try different things. Second, I want to be sure to see the next one!

  5. I cancelled the order of your book because amazon is for obvious reasons on my boycott list. You should find other distribution channels than those guys.

  6. Julius,
I love your recipes and I love cooking with you but it’s starting to get too expensive. All my spices are getting stale as I never find where the caps are landing… I can’t buy new ones every week anymore 😂 ❤

BTW, the fact that that “sandwich” is made with focaccia is just elevating this recipe to the next level (x2). Not a detail to be overlooked 😎

  7. Can’t wait for the book release. I love the concept so much!! I want to lean towards just making real food that real people have been making around the world for generations. Every vegan recipe that tries to be something it’s not just feels embarrassing.

  8. They might look unassuming, but chickpea pies are packed with flavor. Sometimes we squeeze some lemon on top also

  9. This is what Indians make too ❤❤ slightly different version though 😊😊 I would eat this everyday! 🥰

  10. Isn't the sandwich kinda dry?
Especially if you don't have any aubergines in it…
I am just curious, it looks really delicious!

  11. I am looking forward to your book coming out. Ordered from my local German bookshop.
