Trying new dishes takes a lot of practise for me but everything looks so good that I hope having the recipies physically in a book form will help me make them <3 Thank you for all the work you've done.   6. I love how it’s also super gratifying and enriching to know about all those cultures . The western world makes a point of showing itself as the progressive hub of cultures in every way but culturally people all around the world and indigenous cultures have been living in ways more simple healthy and progressive and we ignore or forgot this when we use stupidly expensive and hard to create meat substitute. Anyway love to learn about the cultures

    I would like to mention, though, that most of the recipes I've seen you feature seem to be very labor and time intensive. This makes them very difficult for people like me who are not good at cooking and don't have a lot of time to put into learning how to cook better. I would really appreciate seeing some more simple dishes!
