    always love the videos, after seeing a video a 7 years ago, I started "spiral cutting" hot links, shove a bamboo skewer down the middle, then diagonal "roll cut" to the stick. pull the stick and grill. they open up and have such a cool look and all the caramelized edges. I have never looked back

    This looks bomb, i make sonoran hotdogs, they're bacon wrapped hotdogs w diced jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, w shredded cheese, mayonaise/mustard drizzle, pickled jalapeños would be bomb too tho i feel.

    I like most of Kev’s recipes but I didn’t like the end. I’d prefer the dogs in the oven to have a nice melty cheese. And definitely no Thousand Island Dressing. But the rest looks great.
