I like this purple cabbage. It's very nice β€β€β€
Dont listen to him. None eats kohlrabi raw. But use it in stews or nabe. Something that you boil for a while. It softens it up and gives it a good chewing consistency and it adds flavor to your stew/nabe. Its really good. It tastes like if radish and potato had a baby.
I grow kohlrabi every year. it's tasty raw with just a bit of salt

Folks, if you can try to get yourself and your kids out to pick your own farm. Feel the dirt beneath your feet smell the plants and get an idea of where your food comes from. Youβll get more satisfaction from that than any grocery store and itβs a great family outing.

Kholrabi is more radish like than cabbage, but it's very nice. I prefer it raw or marinated

Kohl rabi is also great shredded and put into soups or a salad! Depends on of you want the crunch or not. We've eaten it a variety of ways over the years

Love radish's and it's spicy and crispy β€. Make good kimchi and lovely slice and seasoned with Urami sauce π«πππ»β¨ππ»π€Έπ»πͺ·πͺ·πͺ·πͺ·. Greatfull that guy's are enjoying the farms of USA. Hope you CK out the NYS farm's on your way to NYC. I picked chives behind our local bank and it has a grape π vines growing that came from Italy and I tried to get a baby from it π€π€«ππ€Έπ». Enjoy family time together and memories. Sutan will write a book about Mom Dad and me adventure in USA. Remember Gigi ππΉ, Smooches Grandma.
