Mix flour & salt, add boiling water, knead for 10 min until smooth. Wrap and let rest at room temp for 30 min.

🥢Wrapping & Cooking Roll the dough into a log and cut into 32 pieces. Flatten and roll out each piece (2mm thick center, 1mm edge) using a UMAMI SAUCE bottle😄 Place filling, wrap tightly, and cook:
1️⃣ Pan-fry with 1 tbsp sesame oil over medium heat until golden 2️⃣ Add boiling water halfway up the gyoza, cover, and steam for 8 min 3️⃣ Uncover, let water evaporate, then add 2 tbsp sesame oil and crisp them up!
🌶 Dipping Sauce ・UMAMI SAUCE 4 tbsp ・Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp ・White pepper or chili oil to taste

・Sesame oil … 1 tbsp
・Black pepper … to taste
