A good ribeye steak deserves the right treatment. Whether you like it medium-rare or a little more done.. this method locks in flavor and gives you steakhouse-quality results every time.

Too much seasoning
I’m listening!
Malcom. Brother it looks like you’ve dropped a few. Hard to d for a bbq chef. Lookin good sir!
I'll copy that, all but the seasoning, just salt and pepper for me, and a temp of cool middle
Why do you put soooo much seasoning?? Let the steak shine… put some.salt on it and grill. That's it!
You got the W on it, 2 different rubs, all rhat…
Just needs cooking now
Ooh good idea, putting the butter on the bottom!
Looks delicious. Great cooking I love the videos
The only way to cook a steak, take it out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking (on a grill), salt, pepper, let rest. Put on the grill cook to 131 degrees…done.
😍 Dadburn that looks delish! My fav cut is Ribeye. Could almost remember what they taste like, when you cut it. Unfortunately, have no teeth, due to long term dr’s meds. Hubby found a ‘cheaper’ dentist for my dentures. (they don’t fit). So I haven’t had a steak, (or 75% of foods I used to enjoy). 😔
WAY too MUCH Rub.
Salt and pepper is all one needs.
The 90’s want their grill marks back. I want a completely seared steak, not one with burn marks.
132 eh? It's raw in the middle.
Well done my friend. (No pun intended).
Looks great!
Yess and I'm about to try carnivore way for a little while.
