Coriander leaves -2 tbsp (optional)
Green chill – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry
