Killer Abs Workout with Dumbbells

perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other for 2 straight rounds. You can drop the dumbbells in the second round if needed.

  2. I just did this workout again, woo hoo! I am getting a little better at it. Funk has such impressive form! I definitely don't look that skillful when I'm doing these exercises, but hey, I did the workout! While millions of Americans were sitting on a couch, watching mindless television, eating junk food and getting fatter.

    I used to edit papers for a lady from Taiwan, Ruby Huang. She often said, "Just do your best!" Which also means do not compare yourself to other people. Compare yourself to you from last week, last month, 2 months and 6 months ago.

    And I have burned off 10 pounds of belly fat, woo hoo again! I still have around 12 to 15 pounds to go to reach my goal of a flat tummy. Thank you, Funk! I love your enthusiasm.

  3. This is one of my favorite workouts! I often come back to this one, with my 20 pound dumbbell. But when the dumbbell is over my head, I hang on to it with * BOTH * hands! If I dropped a dumbbell on my head, that would be a seriously bad day!

  4. I always go back to this workout, and a lower abdominal workout with Jeff at Athlean X. With the dumbbell and these exercises, I can totally feel my stomach muscles working!

    Now I have to finish burning off my visceral fat! Maybe this is too much information, but when I am lying in bed, I can see my washboard muscles and wow, they look excellent! But when I stand up, that visceral fat moves forward and I have a more than noticeable tummy bulge! Ha ha, feel free to laugh! Just laugh with me, not at me!

    When I started my weight loss project, I was at 213 pounds. I have been doing dumbbell workouts, plus walking and running for cardio. I got down to 196 pounds, then I yo-yoed between 190 and 196 pounds. My bad for eating too many starchy foods during that time. But then I knuckled down with the discipline, and now I am at 180 pounds. I lost 33 pounds, woo hoo!

  5. Tuesday, October 13, 2020. This is my 2nd time to do this workout, all the way through! (I started it 4 times! On my 5th effort, I finally pushed myself to do the whole workout.)

    This is really challenging, which I like. Thank you, Funk. I love your enthusiasm and how you encourage your fans!

    I just weighed myself. A month ago, I was at 202.4 pounds. Now I weigh 189.2 pounds, and my waist is 1 inch smaller! I am happy for my progress! I have been doing workouts with dumbbells and intermittent fasting.

  8. Not recommending this workout. Tried it and nothing worked in fact it only disturbs the neighbours when I try it😀
