Even quicker for the eggs, is to put the bowl with the eggs covered in water, in a microwave for 10 kw-seconds per egg

Would you mind sharing more about the how the shoulder of a jar affects it's ability to be freezer safe? Thanks!!!

highly depends on your house/place of business' water heater, may come out SCALDING if it's commercial or residential keep in mind! And some buildings residential, if the water heater is turned up HOT AND HIGH keep that in mind! @jose.elCook <3 Nothing but love g!

Is there a recommendation you could make for pizza dough? For example your pizza dough is refrigerated but you need it to be room temperature quickly for a recipe.

I know that for a fact that my hot tap water is hot enough for it to coagulate eggs. 🤣👌

Fun fact, my tap water is hot enough to partially cook eggs.

I once put a bag of frozen chicken thigh in there, forgot about it, and when i finally remembered it was completely cooked through

No no no you can freeze in the shouldered jars, just leave like 1.5 inches of space at the top and you’re all good. I freeze my chicken stock in those all the time.

This guy is much needed. His vibe is great. I don't even cook like this but I'll watch all his videos

What I found with freezing glass jars is if you take it from freezer to room temperature thats when it will explode when you take it out of the freezer place it in the fridge and slowly bring up to temp then it won’t explode
