Thanks. Very clear and easy to follow, other than you forgot to say what length of string to cut to start with. I guessed 6 ft which I made work for the 17.5 lb bird, but 7 ft would have been easier for doing the final knot.
Trussing freaks me out and is so frustrating to me. Its the most frustrating part of the entire cook for me.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your easy to follow video. I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to tuck the wings under the backside of the turkey. I just could not do it. I am a very good cook and have no trouble following recipes but I could not find a video that showed specifically how to tuck the wings. Your video showed how to
