  1. what a nice guy. 999 out of a 1000 woild have been annoyed and left you and come back later.. RESPECT

  2. Great job, guys! Can't wait to see that slab! Dads video finishers are always on point! Lol

  3. This has got to be the longest attempt at a foundation pour I have ever witnessed….

  4. What surprises me is that you moved to Houston, a city I hate, rather than out here to Phoenix. It's not going to rain here for at least the next two months, the humidity is low and the soil (if you want to call it that) is as hard as concrete. You need a jackhammer first to break it up and then an excavator after that. It's sort of fun watching them putting in a swimming pool. I'm sure they would use dynamite if they could.

  5. Hey gang it's not too expensive to install a Termite Reticulation System. You should really look into it to make future treatments easier/better and to increase the efficacy overall.

  6. Caint wait to see that concrete pored! You guys are so patient and persistent …looks like you're almost there. ????❤️????

  7. lol I think this foundation is probably gonna be more work than building the actual house at this point.

  8. Man, I love these guys. However, I’m getting antsy over this foundation. Get ‘er done!

  9. Jordan said hes on cloud nine but he wants "those clouds to stay away". I'd call that being on cloud nein.

  10. Hate to be the pall bearer of bad news, but, by doing the adjustments of the ground AFTER the pest control has sprayed now means that you have broken the barrier that has been laid by the pest controller. As a result, it may be prudent to get the pest control bloke back again.

  11. Used to be a termite tech. Ive seen a termite mud tube go off the block and around the termite shield. Wish I could post the picture.

  12. Hey. I worked for Spectra Precision for over 20 years. The laser detector has rows of photo diodes that pick up the laser beam signal in the window. The laser "beam" is light so it will always shoot in a straight line. If you're in self leveling mode on the laser (transmitter) the beam will be level. It's meant to hit the detector window with the pole & detector perpendicular to the ground. It will probably be OK for rough work like your slab prep, but when you tilt the pole with the detector you are not getting an accurate elevation. The beam will strike the photo diode strips on a diagonal, confuse the detector, & give you a false reading. Just a tip. PS: Just from handled the transmitter, transporting it, & using it they can get out of calibration. Depending on how much, it should be re-calibrated at minimum once a year.

  13. A year from now. “Hey gang even the neighbors helped reclaim our foundation “ lol
