  1. Jamie – I would love for m you to try two things. First: Soft smoked (cold smoked) Chinook Salmon – smoke with Beech wood. I think you would really like that. Second: Really good Candied Salmon – specifically Pike Place Market candied salmon. OMG. Also, it would be great for you guys to try all of the species of salmon – most especially Chum/Keta , Chinook, Sockeye, Coho, and relatives – Steelhead, Arctic Char, Dolly Varden, Rainbow Trout (wild), etc…. And different types of smoked salmonids. Hickory, Beech, Apple, Cherry, Walnut, Mesquite and others. Hard smoke versus slow cold smoke, different brines and ….

  2. I personally would love to see a revival of the Big Night Out/In. seeing the bois out on the town and getting drinks and having fun as mates was such a delight.

  3. Ben, Ben, Ben, Ben, Ben…. How many US States are there? How many cards in a deck? Hint: They are not the same number. Love you! timestamp start at 29:20

  4. With the cost of living, could you do a video on the kitchen staples to have…i.e herbs, dry food staples like what you guys have there in the tubs and why.

  5. I missed the live! I'd love to see what you would make with leftovers into a soup or stew! Soups are huge in our house and I love making them but would love some more ideas!

Tonight we are having a Spanish take on chorizo potato soup/stew….stewp, maybe? ????

  8. Really enjoy, only problem I have is that ingredients you use a lot there tend to be on the expensive side in South Africa. I just drool over lots of it!

    Much love from Angola, Indiana!

  10. Could we have some meal prep lunches?

Some cheap and bulk or a mixed meals which last the week ????

  11. In general I like Sidekick, great results so far. Although it feels like the recipes are more for UK people – it is quite difficult to get some of the ingredients like fresh coriander, chorizo and naan bread here in Austria.

  12. Yeah turn up at Mikes with food and cook for him and look after 'lottie! .. will be soo much fun and I'm sure he would love to have some good food in the freezer for those late night meals!

  13. One thing about Sidekick which has bothered me a bit is the restriction to full weeks. If you could have some way to 'wrap' a meal pack across weeks that would be great!
