  2. If you want to change the way you feel, change the way you eat. Sounds so cliché right? But it's life-changing. Everything that annoys you, your insecurities your self-doubt are all in your gut. That is why they say listen to your gut when deciding. You are what you eat. All disease begins in the gut. It is likely the most important regulator of our overall health. There are 100 trillion microbes in you., 10 times the number of your cells, and 100 times your DNA. A lot of people eat gut-busting food. Want to grow toxic weeds in your gut? Feed them a processed diet high in sugar and starch, and food additivities. The bad bugs drive inflammation, which is at the root of almost all chronic diseases and obesity. 60% of your immune system is in your gut. Right under a one-cell thin layer of the gut lining. And you know those people who say I can eat anything I want and never gain weight? Doesn't mean shit. Just because you are not sick doesn't mean you are healthy. And I don't tell this only to you I tell this to all my friend's people I see and what I see a lot is overeating. I don't refrain from things I like I eat what I want but very little. Almost kids portion and 3x a week I fast. This is not a diet tip or judging you but a health tip. I love noodles but you will eat a whole pack. And be careful with ur sugar intake people who are hungry all the time have insulin problems that are why you can feel tired and stressed and have no energy. When I feel sick what I do is to not stuff my body with food. I fast. And drink loads of water. Ohh and soda is the death of most people. ❤✌

It's crazy how someone can not mentally feeling well, when having financial security, living in a popular expensive city and access to great healthcare, school and so much more, yet people like Michelle not having mental clarity, while in this very second people, females working for survival or going through oppression. What I'm trying to say it's just crazy how mental health can effect anyone but isn't crazy how some people can't have self awareness and not knowing why they are feeling like this when they're living much better than 80% of the population. This is what internet and constantly recording oneself without actually doing something which is not about them. I like vlogs like this but it baffles me how people can live a life not doing something or creating something in their daily life besides cooking, cleaning and hanging with friends which we all do no matter background.
