Long living rooms with fireplaces are always a challenge to furnish, here are two ways

A lot of people dont realize that the place they are standing and filming is the perfect place to move the couch to. You naturally stand in the most comfortable location.
I'm not a huge fan of symmetry; I find it boring. I drive people nuts. LOL
Still waiting for an outline that is similar to my janky living room 😢 it is all weird angles and it is driving me crazy
lol this is practically my bedroom. its a stupid rectable and instead of a fireplace there is a window smack dab in the middle of teh wall. and just like this one the door is on one corner of the shorter wall on the other side so i cant put a bed on either section. its so dumb how they designed it. ive pretty much given up lol.
Saw the original tiktok this morning, and now here we are with a Cliff response already. God surely is real, and we are all blessed. 🫡
Dear YouTube it s so difficult to let us read captations instead of placing there every tipe of inutility??
Get rid of the TV It changes everything
This is how I feel about Cali homes, none of the older ones have good layouts
Amo como dice… "I know how some of you will be… 'ughhh… 😂
BROOOOO. My living room is very similar to this one (long shape, fireplace and entrance in same spots). I read your book, moved the furniture, have been loving it ever since, and now you are validating that I made all of the correct decisions! I love it! 😍 ❤
Yep. I ever win the lotto then I am hiring Cliff to design the house.
Congratulations on the new mini rug!! 🎉
AND SHE DID IT ❤️❤️❤️
I like this channel but the fact that people will always consistently give it content is just a sad and pathetic look into the average persons mind.
I really love this!!! But could you kindly explain what happens with the door behind the couch? Would ghosts attack guests from behind? 🙏🏻
"even though its not centered, it looks nice" = feng shui
she better post the fix 😂
“It it’s not centered eeeeeeh” 🤣
I had a similarly weird lounge room last year and putting my TV on an angle next to the fire place solved everything! It's really strange that we have such a block on putting the TV in the corner and at an angle.
THANK YOU!!! I have a room similar to this and it's so hard to arrange it.
Haha my living room is like this, but even more complicated with a sliding door to the balcony and a bannister to the stairs and a walkway behind the couch so no corner tv possible anywhere. But thankfully i live alone so I just sit/lay sideways on the couch, which i prefer to do anyways, and then there's another chair that does face the tv and also a barrel chair by the fireplace that can rotate to face either the tv or the rest of the room. It honestly works great for me and is even fine for movie nights when other people are over here.
You're so cute.
In addition to the chair, coffee table and fireplace all being in the line, the couch also takes up much more visual space in the room. This makes the side with the couch feel larger and longer than it actually is. Which helps with the centering feeling of the placement of the fireplace
Yessss it's not about whether things are centered, it's about creating clean lines from the perspective/angle you normally see those objects from!!
Would love to see a series or even just a video on Feng Shui and the TV in general. When it might better to not have a tv, how the tv affects the energy of a room, things like that!
Omg!!! I can’t believe this video actually solves a major problem in my house AND I already have all the pieces Cliff suggested…they just aren’t in the right place!!!! 😍😍😍 I’ve never been so excited to be corrected in my life!!!!
Rug companies should be trying to sponsor him like crazy by now
