Ordered a fridge on 09/05, processed 09/06. Was told it would ship in 10 business days. Called on the 19th to get an update and told it ony ships on Thursdays. It took 15 calls just to get that information. Fast forward a few days and a few calls and hold times later and I'm told it was "supposed to have shipped" _Friday_. Oh sweet. But it still hasn't shipped. It's now been 20 days, 15 business days, since I sent $3400 for a device I am apparently not getting. No one has responded to my DMs on social media, or my emails, or my forms under "Contact Us". Just getting the runaround at the local store only. Trash service. Trash customer care. Trash. I bought from Sears a ton of times, but this is the sort of garbage you want to just never deal with again.
My fridge has not delivered after 1 month of waiting and we are being given an insane level of runaround with American Freight corporate, the store that supposedly shipped the item, and Pilot who claims they're unable to deliver the item due to AF's request to hold it against the customer's wishes. I have attempted to contact someone in charge for weeks now, and via the web page, and have now escalated to the local Better Business Bureau office in Fort Worth. The next step is investigating legal action for theft of services and goods, and time-costs incurred. Please deliver asap and make right to the paying customer.
