  2. you can also use a piece of scrap door hinge and an angle grinder. 15 bucks for that is the fool's tax

  3. The bought one looks like a barber razor attachment. Not that that has anything to do with how well it works.

  4. This would be me if I ever started a business. It's the main reason I've never tried.

    Literally everything would be like "but here's how you can do it for free" or "ahhh, I can't charge you for that. It was nothing".

  6. You could just use a bunch of screws and then sharpen the faces into triangles. Don't even need to waste some scrap wood. And if you are lucky you can get the screws out later.

  10. rex i have an idea for you, find the SMALLEST plane in your shop, i found the smallest in the carpentry shop for my school today and its (ill come back and edit this tomorrow as i can get exact measurements then). its smaller than the palm of my hand!

  11. It's a hand! I tried 8-15 different stops before settling on the one I have. Homemade, manufactured and in between. If Rex's was around, I would've tried it too. $15 is inexpensive and it looks much easier than mortising out your bench.

  22. 15$ for a piece of teethed bent steel. It is not a bit expensive? I live in slovakia we use euro and euro amd dollar about the same in conversion and here 15 €/$ is lot for an item like that
