  1. This is pretty much exactly the scheme I had in mind. My mood board has the Alien Xenomorph, necromorphs, and cenobytes from Hellraiser, and I want some tiny glass balls for additional grossness.

  2. YO THIS IS DESTINY. I'M COMING UP WITH A SCHEME FOR DEATH GUARD I'M STARTING IN 10TH.

  3. This looks disgustingly amazing! I also really love how that rust effect looks on that gloss black carapace. and for an idea have you ever tried to paint a miniature with watercolors? not sure if it would turn out cool or just like a crappy contrast wash mess.

  4. I loved the mini right up until the 10 minute mark, after that it went downhill for me. I understand what you said about taking risks. But in this case I would have stopped. Thanks for your videos man, because of you and the last video you made, I got and bought a bunch of Relicblade minis and backed the BAM paints Kickstarter. Keep doing what you are doing!!!!

  5. Hey, why don't you use a bigger airbrush like a spray gun? If an airbrush is good, a bigger one is better, right? Just spray once and get the whole army.

  6. One more scary mofo to worry about at 3 o'clock in the morning while staring at the ceiling in the dak….

  7. why not just follow tradition and paint the carapace black and highlight up to white to emulate high gloss

  8. I am thinking of a new scheme, I'd have liked more on how to pick the colours, not just process of applying colours.

  9. "Intestinal fortitude" simultaneously a great quote and proof I made it that far!

  10. I came up with an awesome carapace effect.
Painted the carapace with Phalanx yellow, and a black rim around the edges, then I spot-washed the yellow with reikland fleshshade so that the carapace had this natural gradient from yellow, all the way through a warm orange. Then in top, a thick layer of Mortant earth, wich is a black crackle paint. The result was absolutely stunning for the simple steps. The normally smooth carapace got this rough and bumpy exterior and this sickly/venomous thing poking up from beneath

  11. I think it would be awesome to see a kitbashed Jeremy (aka psychophage) from the upcoming Leviathan box. Kitbash for first video and then painting for another are so much fun to watch!

  12. Might pick up some guard for 10th just to paint up some tanks, and suggestion for the starter box : Legion of the Damned vs Nudibranch-Nids.

  13. Wonder if doing a deep blue with thinned black contrast would give it something
