Bring the outside inside with a little creativity. Jenny Barnett Rohrs makes a colorful fall tree banner. She uses FloraCraft’s® burlap and decorative mesh for the base of her design. Jenny adds colorful Kunin® Classicfelt™ leaves glued on with Elmer’s® Craft Bond® Tack Glue. Candie Cooper creates a koi fish kite with Canson® watercolor paper. She uses Sakura Color Products of America’s® Cray Pas® oil pastels and a Pentouch® pen to give the fish design color and definition. Katie Hacker builds a whimsical woods scene making a trio of trees. She uses tissue paper and Canson’s® Mixed Media paper for the base of her trees. She places the three trees on a stand made from a FloraCraft® Styrofoam™ Brand foam disc. Last Jenny makes a sparkly tree on a Styrofoam™ brand foam cone to celebrate the holidays. Glitter glue and glitter shakers give the tree lots of sparkle and shine. You’ll love learning how to bring the beauty of the outdoors into your house or room with projects like these from Hands On Crafts for Kids.
