Making a Mango Sticky Rice Matcha Latte 🥭🍵 #mango #matcha #matchalatte

Making a matcha latte 🍵…but mango sticky rice flavored! Mango sticky rice 🥭 is easily one of my favorite desserts and the combination of ripe mangoes and coconut cream pairs so well with matcha. Soo be sure to save this post if you need some summertime ☀️ matcha inspiration!

Ingredients
½ mango (pureed) + agave (depending on preferred sweetness)

4g matcha powder (from @matchakari)
40ml hot water (preferably at 175F)
120ml milk of choice

2 tbsp of heavy cream
1 tbsp of coconut cream
1 tsp condensed milk
Pinch of salt

Sprinkle of black sesame seeds
Sprig of mint
Drizzle of condensed milk

Recipe
Puree half a mango in a food processor or blender. Add agave if mango is not sweet. Optional: save a few pieces of mango for garnish.
For the cream topping, blend together heavy cream, coconut cream, and pinch of salt. Set aside.
Prepare matcha by sifting matcha powder and whisking with hot water.
Layer in order: mango puree, ice, milk, matcha, cream.
Top with cubed mangoes, a drizzle of condensed milk, sprig of mint, and black sesame seeds
Mix and enjoy!

💡 Inspired by @loveemanda and @ispillice to make this unique drink!

  1. Ah, I had this at a dessert shop yesterday. It was good. The matcha wasn’t sweetened so it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet. Probably too sweet for those who don’t already have a sweet tooth though lol

  2. Oh my goodness I ❤ mango sticky rice & I ❤ matchaa!I really want to make/try it!
