Awwww….I haven't seen a clove orange pomander since I was in girl scouts in the 60's. This also reminds me of my dear mother and five sisters who were always crafting something and mom made the most exquisite decorations that filled the house. Enjoying christmas vicariously thru your family 🙂
Nespresso brought out from the house just for the occasion!? You are my kinda people! Lol
🙋♀️I make orange pomanders every Christmas. I remember, as a child, making them with my mother. I still have a few old ones. Also, I have a mini copper leafed pumpkin. I know it's at least thirty years old and the weight of a feather!🌲Happy Christmas to all!
Oh my!! Samantha looks like her Grandma 😊
This brings back memories, I made a pomander for my highschool demonstration speech over 30 years ago. sadly I don't have it.
Your mom’s table is fantastic!
The little bitty snow like hale is called “ Grapple”
Here in the south we call the tiny snowballs sleet. Thanks for sharing this project!
Today is Monday, November 28, 2022. The First Day of Advent.
The start of the Christmas Season.
Todays video was a perfect beginning; 3 generations together, making memories and sharing their love of one another.
May God Bless all who reads this.
Amen.
You could romance the egg nog with some rum and vanilla ice cream. Love your moms table decor
I got cold just watching you drive that golf cart! We purchased a golf cart cover and portable heater that fits in the cup holder to make things toasty when out and about.
Love these! I'm doing a solstice/yule/nature inspired them for holiday decorating this year and these are planned. PROTIP I bought a large bag of cloves on Amazon for much less $ than the small grocery store bottles!
Just beautiful as usual. Love to you and yours.
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! Great video!! ❤️💫🍁💫❤️
OMG! Have been making these since I was a Girl Scout and always ended up with very sore fingers! Never thought of using a toothpick. Seriously! Thank you for saving my much older fingers. What a great project they smell so wonderful. Love seeing Benjamin and Samantha Grace starting a tradition so young. Thank you for sharing your fabulous morning.
I love these an have made them many times…a little trick I have learned is to use a nut pick instead of toothpick. Works great and every kitchen should have a few nutpicks…always comes in handy! I am hoping to find the secret to drying the finished pomander orange🍊
Love that tray and the candle holders👌
What a fun family memory🌟🧡🌟
🎶🎶love the piano music! Sounds like Snoopy could dance to it!!🎶❤️
how cool Laura looks like a lot of fun to make I well have to remember those
I have an idea. On the days that you’re going to have to skip a video possibly you could give us a re-run from years ago. That would be amazing because sometimes it’s hard to find your older Contant.
Thank you for sharing your lovely projects 😊
Very nice. Never saw that bf. Great ot for children’s pincer grip!!!
Wow, I love everything about this video.
What a fun and very special time with your mom and the kids! I love the finished oranges 🍊
I like to just squeeze some juice from the orange into a small pot and put on the stove on a low simmer, small amount of water, include some orange slices and drop in about 5 or 6 cloves. Smells awesome all day long.
Wow, how awesome was that. Watching the video this morning and an ad came on but — what do I see?! — it’s Laura, in the advertisement! Haha, for Felco hand pruners.
