  1. As a guy, I'd be ripping down the harem styling and leaving the nice stuff.

  2. Karen’s kitchen is more practical with loads of bench space for food prep. For me. Karen’s design is best

  3. As always you two do a stellar job but that depressing gray. When will that fad go away?

  4. I thought for sure Mina's was going to be my favorite. But when I saw it, it was so busy and mismatched. I guess it goes to show that they stage better when they work together

  5. I am more drawn to Karen's side, the kitchen layout, and those drapes! did it for me.

  6. Both of these are too feminine. You’re going to lose a lot of potential buyers. They don’t usually do that with their staging, so not sure why they decided to here. Karen’s in particular looks like a Laura Ashley fever dream

  7. D'ont believe in competition and ambition between mother and own children.

  8. Seeing the standing water on the floor would tel me NO NO NO!!! Mold alert! I like the design and style of mina side BUT it is a very specific look that would not appeal to too many buyers.
