On my website there are hundreds of meal prep, snack, and macro friendly dessert recipes that I have developed over the years. There are no targeted ads, no pointless life stories and endless scrolling to get to the ingredient list, just the recipes. I have a subscription based model where Gold Members have access to every recipe on the site, which is under $5/month with annual memberships. If that’s not your thing, there is also a Silver level membership that is free for life, still ad free, and you get access to a good amount of the recipes. Registering to become a member, whether that is a Gold or Silver (free) member, is the best way you can help support what I do. I appreciate all of you more than you know ????

  1. Just a convenience tip. I use the kitchen aid with paddle attachment to mash my potatoes. Don’t over mix! ????

  2. I was thinking while you were searching for a utensil to mash the potatoes "oh, he must not have a mixer". Then you whip out the mixer for shredding the chicken. Novel idea for the chicken but Im surprised you didn't use it for the potatoes. It's quicker, cleaner and it doesnt burn the crap out of your hands.

  3. I love the content, you’ve helped me on my bulk and my cut so many times????

  4. This looks brilliant but the printed recipe says 2lbs of chicken breast and that equals 454gs . 2lbs = 907gs so which one please?

  5. Amazing! Will try this!! Also, try adding some garlic powder to the mash potatoes! Can’t go wrong

  6. Easily one of the most filling meals to have and you get everything that covers base. Something about pot pies feel so fulfilling and can make it worth your day.

  7. I love your content, your humor, and your ability to improvise! Next time throw those potatoes in the stand mixer bowl, use the paddle for the mixer and whip those potatoes up! Quick and easy.

  8. Another banger! We need some commentary on your fork-holding technique tho… what is going on there

  9. Very nice. Think for myself I'll add more butter for higher calorie and substitute milk in the potatoes

  10. I’m really enjoying your high volume low calorie Coach Greg Doucette style of eating thank you very much I can’t wait to make this one!

  11. This looks fantastic. Something i'll never get used to is people going to the trouble of creating recipes, which is making a dish that tastes good to them, with the ingredients amounts that taste good to them in combination, and then saying salt and pepper to taste. The entire recipe is to the creators taste, but they refuse to say this is how much salt and pepper they use, just "to taste", would that be 1/4 tsp, or 1/4 cup, "to taste" is like the big middle finger of uselessness in a recipe, it's an insult to god and man alike.

  12. Sounds to me like this (apart from potatoes) would work as a one pot instant pot recipe. Anyone got any recommendations for how to do that without turning all to mush?

  13. Not me thinking he was going to drink water out of the bowl for the stand mixer when he pulled it out.

  14. Leave 30g of chickenstock in the pack and make the slurry with that instead of the water ????

  15. The place where you bought your potatoes doesn't sell a potato masher? ????
