  1. That's a lot of plastic waste per meal and think how many of these are used across Asia and here I am washing out yogurt pots to be "recycled". Will we ever stop polluting the planet really?

  2. I saw these in Japan, there's a ton of workers that cook at their desk instead of leaving the office

  3. Having eaten way too many US MRE's. I'll check the video, but if it didn't heat through, I think you missed something.

  4. When Hurricane Maria destroyed the power grid in Puerto Rico, we were given lots of MRE’s and they were great! I would buy these for emergencies but feel that it’s a big plastic waste for regular consumption.

  5. Hi is any of the packing recyclable ? I hope so as there is so much in each one.

  6. I've never seen or heard of anything like this before and it was fascinating. The meals looked delicious. Thanks Emmy for showing them to us.

  7. Lol! Unless things have changed recently the US military issues MRE’s to all soldiers, not just officers? @emmymade ????
It’s fun opening all the packages, just not great for the environment.

  8. I like the concept, but apart from an emergency I find this just too much trash for a single meal.

  9. I would be interested in a video where you show how to reuse the packaging to make your own self
Heating meal, as a hack to avoid chucking all that plastic in the trash.

  10. I hadn't realized just how long I've been watching your channel until you mentioned your previous videos. I saw them both when you released them, so I've been watching for at least 6 years!

  11. Realising, if I continued to watch her, people would think I've swallowed a dictionary

  12. Although the meals look good, this is way too much packaging! Even if you could recycle all of it, it would not offset all the energy and petroleum used in the first place to create all this packaging. It is very sad to sacrifice the environment and this planet for convenience.
