  1. Is this meal plan really gluten free friendly? Because I see you are showing "GF meals" (eg salad which of course is easy to make GF), but what about when it comes to sandwiches on the plan?

    I see sandwiches or meals with toast on that plan …and you are listing a sandwich as 2 servings??? That means that meal for one is 1 bread. A teeny slice of GF Bread is equal to like 2 normal pieces of regular bread  (in calories / carbs etc + it has more fat usually). So that would mean a 1/2 of a slice of GF bread is for that meal? How would a gluten free sandwich (or 1/2 of a sandwich made with gluten free bread as per your plan)  be switched out for that meal and then considered 2 servings? Are substitutes offered or suggested on your plan in place of the sandwich for GF people? For example 1/2 cup of rice instead of the bread? Because just switching GF bread for regular bread is not exchangeable.
