I might be a bit dense, because when you mentioned that you needed a lab to check the age of the wood I immediately was like "oh can't you just count the rings on the wood" completely forgetting everything explained in the video until I thought about it again

what are your thoughs on its strength? is it a harder wood with the time in the bog or softer? wouldnit be better as trimming or could it hold up as a full shelving piece?
Here's a fun challenge to someone: Go outside. Pick up literally any plant. Congrats, you are now holding something so astronomically rare that the odds of you and it existing in the same place, absent the fact you both originated from the same cause, would be literally astronomical.
