Anything is better than lobster.
I never hold one look delicious
I live in the Morton Bay region of Queensland and still haven’t tried them. I love seafood and they sell them bugs everywhere but man, there’s a sushi spot on every block here and it’s just no competition when it comes to sushi.
Lobsters is bugs, crabs is bugs, shrimps is bugs, and whatever this thing is, is bugs.
In indonesia they're called Hepo, and the best way to eat them is bbq with Sambal/saus Padang. A sauce similar to sing chilli crab sauce. It's tha titts
That's why Aliens don't come to earth
We call them slipper lobster in asia
My second favourite thing from moreton bay after their gorgeous fig trees
We have them in Florida
For some reason I'm not surprised you can find it around in Australia
jeez y'all really running out of things to eat huh
A slipper lobster
Here in NSW we call it a Balmain Bug
I don't believe we have those anywhere around the US that I know. I will say they are quite odd looking. But I'm sure they are delicious. We have Florida lobsters which are warm water lobsters and they don't have big claws like the cold water lobsters but I actually prefer them
Bay bug pasta with a cherry tomato sauce and capers .. nothing beats it in summer
