Mr. Flanders Cacao. I made ice cold version for summer.

Ingredients
2 cups half&half (5% cream)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cacao
60 gr dark chocolate
Whipped cream
Grated chocolate
1 cookie
1 marshmallow
Ice
Melt chocolate in 2 cups of cream, and slowly add cacao and condensed milk. Simmer on low for 5 min. Let it cool. Blend with ice 1:1 ratio. Top with whipped cream, grated chocolate, and cookie with marshmallows.
