    Chef told me to cut a spot off the skin when boiling so the salt can penetrate. Does this seem reasonable or just wishful thinking? I've honestly never tried to do it without cutting a spot off the skin.

    I got my cookbook in April! I pre-ordered the hardback and so thankful I did! It is beyond gorgeous, and your story is wonderful to read! Finally, I know about the lady behind the curtain. ❤ I am working my way through it or shall I say eating my way ❤

    Thanks for the info about you’re cookbook. I’ve always enjoyed your cooking and it’s clearly something you’re passionate about. Is there a better place to get into so you get the most revenue? Some sites take more than others I have learned since I’ve been buying a Lot of YouTuber cookbooks so I always like to ask.
