    This recipe canโ€™t have existed for too long. India is a poor country. Very few people can afford sticky rice or a blender.

    Your cookbook was delivered to me today, and I can't overstate how happy I am I bought it. There are many recipes I love that adapt familiar meat or dairy based dishes into a vegan context. But I've always wanted a collection of recipes that were plant based from their inception. Love the respect shown towards the culinary traditions the dishes come from.
