  1. Never had heard of this dude before today. Certainly worth a view. As long as were talkoing GOAT cooking shows, Great Chefs, Great Cities (great food, wonderfully prepared by the best) is my OG cooking show. Especially the ones with the female announcer, the one that had the old-fashioned Southern Aristocratic drawl ("Chef gilds the li-lly with jyust a touch of Mad-a-GAS-kah vuhnillah and sarawak peppah-corns")

  2. From the blurred thumbnail I was about to dismiss this as a bland tribute to Jacques Pepin but then it turned out it was about the GOAT. I apologize for doubting you.

  3. I use to watch him when i was younger with my mom. I still watch him on youtube. He show is still better than the crap the food chamnels turned into today. Thats why I'm glad youtube has great cooking channels.

  4. Why is Adam not getting as many views??? I wonder if the algorithm switched up. More people need to know about this guy!!

  5. When I saw those suspenders, I really thought for just a second that you were about to show us Justin Wilson!

  6. When I saw your title, "My favorite cooking show of all time," I thought for sure you would talk about Alton Brown's "Good Eats"

  7. 12:22 if your takeaway from this show was "it's time to move on," then you've either radically misunderstood its appeal or you understand too well and are clamoring for it to be scrubbed from the collective consciousness. To me, the appeal of Floyd on Fish has absolutely nothing to do with consuming in excess or getting handsy with women, and everything to do with not being overproduced, oversanitized filler engineered to keep you watching just long enough for the sponsor of this video commercial break. It's genuine. It appeals to people for the same reason that 2010 YouTube appeals to people – it's real, flawed people, not some corporate product.

  8. I am genuinely surprise Marco didn't stab him or at least lock him in the walk in freezer. To say that White was a perfectionist control freak would be very understating it…
