Oof, those cakes are just out in the sun like that? What if the wind blows and sand/dust get on them? What about insects?

FYI to everyone saying this looks like heaven: There is literally no health or safety oversight at this event. None. The only requirement is that you have to bring a cake to eat other people's cake. That's literally it. That means nothing is stopping the guy you regularly avoid eye contact with at the bus stop from bringing his tent-made roaches and toe jam cake and you have no way of knowing which one it is.

I was wondering where this event was THEN THE CAMRRA PANNED TO MY HOMETOWN?! How did my fatass miss this?!

My brain just cannot find a way to appreciate this the way it should. Obviously free cake SOUNDS nice but then I gotta trust not only that the strangers who made the cakes know what their doing but ALSO I gotta have faith that the other peoples cutlery are clean and that there is no contamination from someone sick coming through touching the cakes with there snotty fingers.

forget the salty snacks I'd just bring a gallon of milk in my backpack 😂😂😂

I’m all down for cake chaos, I’m not down for extra bugs in my cake than regulations already allow or a bunch of people who were just putting together a cake box together on the ground to be touching the cake and cutters.

  9. @Lulu-lt7ft

    I wouldn't do this, I'd be scared of a Jonestown situation 😳

Regulations are important. Looks super pretty tho

  10. @Toomi444

This looks so fun but I don’t think I could go, because of my dietary requirements😔
