Love this! Great idea man. I always loved hot chicken but without breading and grilled over charcoal? It must be out of this world! I will be trying this for sure.
Did… did you just… REMOVE water from the veggies… only to wind up ADDING water to the brine which will be absorbed into the veggies?
That's like someone paying partially with cash and the rest on their card, only to ask for cash back on their card.
If you're gonna do that… just save the water from the veggies and use that… or use broth or stock of some kind.

Never had bread and butter pickles at any of the hot chicken places here in Nashville. Can we just call it hot chicken? It’s not Nashville hot chicken if the complete process isn’t followed. But damn your buns always make me want to buy a mixer just to try and make them.
