Sodium is the most important factor here, if your body hasn't enough sodium in it it can't absorb the water properly so all you'll do is keep drinking and flush more actual electrolytes out.

Or you can hydrate adequately before your workout and eat proper nutritious meals throughout the day.

Unless you're an elite athlete with a 1200+ calorie per hour burn you only need water during your workouts.

This is so good for my stomach… been drinking it for years but instead of coconut water just regular water with a teaspoon of baking soda.

Coconut water isnt the best as the potassium pulls the sodium. Better off with honey, lemon, and salt.

Love that you can make this all natural and I hear spirulina is really healthy for you too!

You'd need like 2 hours of hard sweaty work to make this useful. Most people are eating high carb and high salt diets so this sugary water is just going to add to your calorie count unless you're doing some heavy training. Very healthy in that case though, probably to be followed up by a meal in the next hour or so after.
